What makes this design different or better?
The Electronic identifier is a substitute for the existing textbook, which is awkward and requires previous knowledge. The identifier's memory is loaded using a CD, which contains all the information about the plants in the relevant region and selected language. The identifier includes a digital camera, a touch screen, a place for the CD drive and battery. The electronic plant identifier recognizes the plants by taking a photograph of the flower, the leaf and the fruit. The shape of the definer and the act of picture taking imitate an insect nourishing from the flower. The identifier can provide the following information:plant identification, name, place of growth dispersion in the country and in the world, season of growth, a scheme of the plant, a professional term dictionary and an electronic diary.
