The Noise Destroyer absorbs and converts sound energy into electricity, reducing noise pollution and creating a renewable energy source.

By absorbing sound, the Noise Destroyer reduces ambient sound levels at high decibel locations, such as a busy traffic intersection. The sound is converted into electricity through a renewable internal process, which can then be used for a variety of purposes, such as powering the traffic light that regulates the intersection. This product addresses the human need for peace and quiet, as well as our need to develop alternative, renewable and non-polluting sources of electricity.

Gavin Ivester: "If Noise Power is the natural resource of the future, I vote we all get Borlas on our Integras. It's the environmentally responsible thing to do."

Anne Ellegood: "Anyone who lives in New York City would vote for the Noise Destroyer. It's a remarkably insightful solution to more than one genuine problem. Vernacular sound is an area that is increasingly being explored within the visual arts, design, and architecture and has lots of potential for innovation and insight. I think the prototype should be tested on my street."
