The NYTimes has a great article on precocious pre-college designers/architects: "The most selective colleges are looking for `angular' students, not well-rounded students," said Katherine Cohen, an independent college admissions coach who works in New York and Los Angeles. "They're not looking for a jack-of-all-trades or a serial joiner."
