A magnetic landscape modelled from the mapped electromagnetic energy of an area in central London. The stainless steel box contains magnets of a variety of strengths, which produce an invisible landscape. This can be explored by running a magnetic gloved hand over the surface of the steel box.
Graduates of the RCA, KRD do a lot of interiors with moving parts. More tech art than functional design, there are some great pieces. I especially like the magnetic landscape.
