Screw the translucent plastic, what about wood?
Here's something you don't see everyday - wooden computer peripherals. And why not? In a world surronded by plastic objects, maybe what your office needs is a little warmth in the form of wooden mice, monitors and keyboards. SWEDEX is a Swedish firm that makes computer products made of wood. From their profile: "People are tired of everything in plastic and want to return to the genuine." Kinda refreshing, isn't it?
I came across this company via a story by Hellen Pearson who talks about some of the "greener" aspects of these products.
