Hosted by the Service Design Network on October 29th, the event will be preceded by an evening welcome reception the night before.

Hit the jump for program highlights.Oliver King will kick off the event with the talk "Service Design: An Organizational Challenge." King is a the co-founder and director of Engine, a private practice that helps organizations provide better and more meaningful services. Engine's client list is no joke, including giants like Holiday Inn, Virgin, and Nokia. Later on in the morning, Robert Fabricant of frog design and NYU's Tisch School of the Arts presents "The Behaviour Chain: How Can We Link the Tools and Methods of Service Design to Meaningful and Measurable Behavior Change?" After lunch, Monica Bueno puts a lens to digital service, with "Lessons from the Cloud." Finally, Mark Jones, the lead of Service Innovation for IDEO Chicago, will close it down with the compellingly titled presentation: "Finding the Soul of Service."
