BMW has done a great job producing video content for their YouTube Channel and we recently noticed a great historical look at the BMW 3.0 CSi. With 200 hp at 5500 revolutions per minute, this car introduced a number of features new for the time, including fuel injection, 150Kw and a 220km/h top speed. The 3.0 CSi was a status symbol for consumers during the early '70s. My favorite line from the video:
The autobody of the coupe, produced by Karmann in Osnabrück, required the hand of a real gentleman to steer it.
