Lots of snappy writing on this net of ours, and I can sure remember reading suck.com faithfully every morning before turning to more urgent tasks. (Truth be told, sometimes my 9 a.m. brain couldn't parse the suckster's language acrobatics so early, and I'd save the read 'till 5 p.m.) So I'm extremely embarrassed to find out only today about The Brunching Shuttlecocks (it's been active since 1997), a site providing witty reviews and commentary that's sure to split the internet-using populace squarely down the middle--useful product and service vs. amusing diversion. (If you're not sure which camp you fall into, you've probably got bigger problems.) I was reading their timely review on the new quarter designs (the 25 cent kind), and wanted to call them up to find out more about who they are, but I'm not sure I've earned the right. Three years is a long time to be in the dark about anything.
