You've gotta love Luigi Colani's website for the logotized signature alone (we presume this is close to his signiture), and a visit to www.colani.ch will reveal both his vision and his biography. (Our favorite entry in the bio reads, "1984: No. 1 industrial designer in Japan; Otaru exhibition, 60m large shell".) Unfortunately, the website design needs a lot of help, but the vision throughout the design work is clearly that of singular creative mind. It won't take long to go through the whole thing, but don't miss the "Planes 1" section for his 1200-passenger, five-deck yellow wonder.
