What do people do in the summer while attending graduate school? Not sure I'm an entry level designer, many years of biz experience, but would really like to work with a design firm over the summer. Suggestions?IP: Logged |

Start contacting design firms and set up an internship for yourself now.Its a good time to look for summer internships since many students don't start looking for one till the spring. Yes Grad students do internships. IP: Logged |

The Boston area design firms have internship programs set up year round. I would start looking after the new year and hit them up hard. Good internships are hard to come by, call them every day if you have to. I had three internships during grad school, they really payed off.IP: Logged |
