Anyone know of a product that is like a 4"diam. washer with teeth on one side? It will match itself to lock 2 parts that screw together, uh, together.
Pleae advise as ye ol Thomas registry is like a needle in haystack.

normally that type of thing is integral to the parts themselves as opposed to separate "washers", because the toothed parts must be firmly attached to the two things that aren't supposed to move when the whole thing is clamped together (does this make any sense?). But try searching under "serrated washers".
