what kind of "moving archicture" are you looking for? Entire buildings that move? Or parts of a building that move.I would check out 'Mobile-The Art of Portable Architecture' by Jennifer Siegal. Not a great book, but a decent introduction to the subject. Along those lines, there are a few books on prefab architecture that highlights some projects that could be considered mobile. The books are 'Prefab Architecture' and 'Prefab'. Not sure if they are still in print.
I you're looking about structural elements that move as a part of the architecture, Santiago Calatrava is a good architect to begin with. His sketchbooks show an interesting relationship to the architecture he designs with the human body and animals. Check out calatrava's web site to get a quick glimpse into his work (www.calatrava.com).
As for movements in architecture...not sure what you mean. Are you referring to movements as in modern, classical, post-modern, etc.? If so, get a history book on architecture that starts at ancient and continues to modern day stuff. Trautenberg's book is the one I used in my history classes. A very good primer on all period of architectural history.
Finally, regarding materials, there are quite a few web sites that discuss sustainable design and mateials that might fit into this category.
This web site, http://www.aiacolorado.org/SDRG/home.htm , might be a good place to start. As for new materials for construction, well, you should really try to narrow down what you want to discuss, as there is quite a bit of info. out there on materials.
Hope this helps.
