Anyone knows how can I seal bronze? I heard that clear coat won't stick to it( like copper), and the next way avaliable is to wax it. However I want it permenent, so any idea?BTW mine has a brushed finish to it.

Here's a source that does a vacuum impregnation process using a proprietary Loctite compound for sealing bronze:American Metaseal 701 W. Broadway Glendale, CA 91204 (P) 818.240.6183 (F) 818.246.1461 I've used them to seal bronze sand castings that are used for underwater applications. IP: Logged |
