Jennifer Leonard is an interdisciplinary Design Leader at IDEO, with deep experience in research methods, participatory design and storytelling techniques. She is the co-author of Massive Change, (with Bruce Mau), a book about the future of global design and, prior to her design career, worked as a feature writer and radio broadcaster in New York and Toronto, contributing to such publications as Details, Nylon, Seed, Shift and Saturday Night. She frequently speaks at design conferences worldwide and was recognized in I.D.'s 2008 design issue for her tongue-in-cheek communications concept "Getting Personal With Global Warming."
