Plug In Light - The Plug In light was designed to take into account the most neglected part of a lamp, the power cord. Rather than making the cord a necessary evil, as usual, I was assigned the task of making the cord a central point in my design. My response was to turn the body of the lamp into the cord. The lamp now plugs directly into the wall, with an on/off plunger swith in the middle, and the copper wires support the 75 watt halogen fixture at the end. In addition, the base is clear acrylic resin, with the wires and plug embedded and visible.
