The Confederation of Indian Industries and the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad recently had an International Design Summit in New Delhi, India on the 4th and 5th of December 2006. The pre-pre conference events began with a lovely farmhouse barbecue on the night of Saturday the 2nd of December at the home of Hari Nair, Director, Whirlpool Global Consumer Design Asia Studios, continuing on to a rooftop party sponsored Indian business house, the Jindals, on the night of the 3rd.
