We always felt committed to placing technology at the service of the most vulnerable and those caring for them. With the app for Punto Service, a large cooperative group managing RSAs, we sought to rethink relations between families and personal care organisations and optimise access to services and events offered by facilities for the families of RSA guests. Through the digital platform of Noon Care, a web portal was set up whereby operators can create, promote and manage special events, schedule appointments, and offer extra services dedicated to their guest care. All activities are made available to family members to easily communicate with operators, book consultations, treatments, and additional services, as well as discover opportunities to spend time with their loved ones. We devised the app Punto Service, currenlty in its test phase, with top emphasis on the contents to provide even users possessing limited technological skills with easy interaction, thus, establishing new connections that go from digital to relations between people.
