Overview
The founding Lalo team approached Doris Dev with the idea for a design-lead baby stroller before the company was officially born. Doris Dev helped organize the overall product vision to engage manufacturing partners early in the development process, thereby reducing time and cost from concept to shipping of the finished product. Doris Dev leveraged its extensive network of manufacturing partners, and ultimately was able to engage a renowned stroller manufacturer in a unique partnership arrangement that allowed the Lalo team to tap into existing designed parts and robust infrastructure, cutting out significant development time and cost.
