Solo New York's Re:cycled Collection of bags has an impressive green credit: The exterior fabric of very bag in the line-up is made from recycled PET bottles.
On top of that, the company is currently taking steps to make the shipping and sales process greener as well: The polybags they're shipped in (to keep moisture out) are being replaced with biodegradable, compostable bags made from non-GMO corn starch, and all of the hang tags are being switched to recyclable/biodegradable materials too.
Finally, to drive the point home:
Solo's partnership with the National Forest Foundation is helping offset the company's carbon footprint and replanting trees across the country. Plus, Solo's company headquarters is fully powered by a rooftop solar array.
