Seeking to tackle the problem of single-use plastic utensils, GoSun looked at the existing alternatives, which are primarily designed for camping:
GoSun's designers found these were difficult to clean, and had no carrying cases; who wants to use these, then throw them into a bag or pocket? Thus they designed GoSun Flatware, which comes in a handy case for transport:
It's not obvious from the still shots, but the utensils slide completely apart for cleaning, as you can see in the vid below.

GoSun's Easy to Clean Stainless Steel Flatware Breaks Down to Credit Card Size
This is a great and fitting article, not just because it was a kickstarter SumUp on Core77 that made me buy and use these.
I like the product although it has his flaws.
For starters I don't like knife like properties on a (/any) fork.
Luckily it isn't sharp enough to really cut anything other than bread or hurt you.
And they are really flat (but that is not a good thing for a spoon :-)
...
That said, I like the product but see room for improvement, some I've done myself..
The cutting teeth are easily further blunted and I bend the spoon part a little more with a plier so it will hold a little more liquid. It still fits.
Personally I'd also slim the base and remove some material to make it lighter. (Every ounce conts)
So - as with most kickstarter products - there is room to improve.
But it cleans very easy and is dishwasher proof!
