A Scissor Lift Dolly That Can Load Goods, and Itself, Into Your Truck
Pairon Solutions' Lift & Slide Cart
This Lift & Slide cart is a clever bit of design. It combines a dolly with an undercarriage scissor lift that can be slid out from beneath the dolly.
The arrangement allows you to wheel heavy items over to the bed of a truck, load them into the bed effortlessly, and then slide the cart in along with the goods:

Better solution than the bulky, expensive liftgates installed on pickups, flatbeds & boxvans.
Great idea but I would look at two things to improve.
1. An easy to use wheel lock for when you have a heavy load right at the edge of the lift gate. Something that can be used with one hand instead of the standard friction brake that is designed to be stepped on.
2. Instead of a riser and standard casters to get the clearance below for the lift, perhaps, just use larger casters. On anything but the smoothest surface, I prefer larger tires/wheels.
