Remember the "camera toss" craze from a few years ago? UK-based design student Matthew Clark is borrowing one element from that trend, the unusual shots that can be snapped at unconventional heights, and getting rid of another--the complete lack of control and chance you'll break your camera.
Clark's Aerial Capture concept is a cheapie digital camera with an inflatable onboard helium balloon; gas it up and unspool the camera, up to 20 meters in height, via a tether that also serves as the remote shutter button. Think of it as an extremely poor man's satellite photo system.
