Calling all package designers! For more than 75 years, Avery Dennison has been a household name in office products and an innovator in new materials and technologies. They recently launched their Brand Experience Contest challenging designers to create a unique brand identity from bottle to shelf for one (or all five) different product categories: children's juice, red wine, organic coffee, salad dressing and shampoo. The jury panel includes Joe Duffy, Andrew Gibbs (Editor in Chief at TheDieline), Gerardo Herrera (Art Center) Christine Mau (Kimberly-Clark) and Todd Simmons (Wolff Olins). Winners will be featured on TheDieline.com and their work will be on display at The Dieline Package Design Conference taking place in Chicago on June 23, 2011. In addition to recognition, each of the five winners will be given a chance to make a difference through a $1000 donation in their names to an international charity. Deadline for entry is May 30, 2011!
