Florida-based Edward Mirell is a contemporary metals jewelry design team comprised of Eddie Rosenberg and Mirella C. Connor, and in their ten years of partnership they've produced an extremely deep portfolio of work, much of it in titanium.
Talk about design constraints--if I told you the only thing you could design was little titanium circles, how many different forms do you think you could come up with? Check out their rings and see if there's anything they haven't thought of yet.
They also produce earrings, necklaces, bracelets and accessories. See more here.

A quick tip on other cool rings in different materials: This guy makes rings out of sidecut carbon fibre, titanium and even DuPont Corian. Super nice stuff!
