Innovation Coach for BT Financial Group
Fran coaches teams and advises executives in customer-centered service design at BT Financial Group, the wealth management arm of The Westpac Group, Australia. Her background is in astronomy and electronics, and she has a Masters in Ergonomics from University College London. As Partner and Head of Service Design at the innovation consultancy, IDEO, she pioneered the use of prototyping to mitigate risk in the innovation of services. She brings a customer-centered perspective to the development of service strategy and the design of new services across multiple industries including media and entertainment, financial services, food and drink, consumer products, telecommunications, energy, healthcare and retail. She is widely published and regularly speaks at international conferences and leadership events.
Chief Creative Officer and Co-Chairman of Publicis MOJO and Founder of Brandkarma
Craig Davis is currently Co-Chairman and Chief Creative Officer for Publicis Mojo in Australia and New Zealand, Chairman of AWARD, a regular columnist for Campaign magazine and, independently, the Founder of Brandkarma, the world's first brand-centric social media platform. He formerly worked for his own agency but went on to lead Saatchi & Saatchi as Regional Executive Creative Director Asia/Africa and to JWT as Chief Creative Officer, Worldwide. This June in Cannes, Craig will Chair YouTube's "Good Work" global initiative to unite the world's creative community with non-profit organizations. He has judged at every major international advertising festival including One Show, Clio, D&AD and the Cannes Titanium jury, and in 2011, will lead the D&AD Integrated and Earned media jury.

Rod Farmer is a leading digital product and service designer with 15 years of experience helping large organisations and startups turn great ideas into reality. Blending his background in Engineering, Sociology and Human-Centred Design, Rod is passionate about creating meaningful and socially relevant solutions. Recognised as one of Australia's leading experts on mobility, his award-winning solutions over the years have helped industry leaders and institutions such as MIT Media Lab, Yahoo, CSIRO, ANZ, ABC, FoxSports, 3 Mobile, Vodafone, Telstra, and SingTel Optus to realise their next-generation products and services. Damian is an authority on Customer Experience Management, Service Design and Service Innovation. He has written extensively for Fast Thinking magazine, is the founding Chairman of the Australian Service Design Network and helped pioneer the introduction of Service Design to Australian business in 2008, opening Australia's first focused Service Design firm. He has worked across Australia and the USA in senior marketing and management roles, and brings a unique perspective to Service Design by combining his MBA studies, his marketing services experience and a deep passion in the power of design to help organisations outstanding service experiences.

With more than 20 years of experience in the digital industry, he is widely regarded as an industry thought leader with regular keynote speeches and media interviews sharing his insight into how brands, creative ideas, technology and digital can adapt to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving consumer. He is currently Chairman of Ad:tech, Board Member for The Communications Council, Chairman of the Communications Council Digital Committee and AWARD Committee Member.
