Branko Lukic Designer, Author, Founder of NONOBJECT Design & Innovation Studio Branko Lukic won his first design contract at the age of 18 in Belgrade, Serbia. In 2006, with his wife, visual designer Suncica Lukic, Branko founded NONOBJECT. This unique multidisciplinary studio has created notable work in a wide range of arenas, including product design, branding, sustainable design, digital media and conceptual design. He was previously worked at frogdesign and IDEO. He holds many patents and has won numerous awards, including Business Week's IDEA Gold Award, I.D. magazine, Red Dot, and Good Design awards. In 2009, he was named by the European Centre for Architecture, Art Design and Urban Studies and the Chicago Athenaeum as one of Europe's "40 under 40," and was designated a finalist at the 2009 World Technology Awards Ceremony which recognizes innovation.

Dominika Nell Applova Co-Founder and COO at Blue Green Pacific Inc. Dominika is a designer and entrepreneur. She is a co-founder of Blue Green Pacific, a pioneer in urban-scale wind energy co-generation. She holds a design degree from Rhode Island School of Design and an MBA from the London Business School. She has worked as a senior industrial designer for IDEO and collaborated with BP's Group Technology to develop sustainable business opportunities in emerging markets, including products like biomass stoves, LED lights for the "bottom of the pyramid," and an energy technology incubator dedicated to safe energy access for the off-the-grid population. She is the recipient of a number of design awards, including the Werner von Siemens Medal and Red Dot in Germany, ID Excellence and CES Innovation in the US, and ID Grand Prix in the Czech Republic.
Banny Banerjee Associate Professor at Stanford University and Founder of the Design for Change Lab Banny Banerjee is the founder of the Design for Change Lab, an organization that addresses issues of sustainability, technology futures, and the dynamics of rapid change. Prior to Stanford, he worked for IDEO as designer and design strategist creating novel experiences and crafting futures for high technology companies. He holds graduate degrees in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, and Design. He has worked on projects related to architecture, energy analysis, software design, structural engineering, MEMs applications, nanotechnology, ambient media, space missions for Jet Propulsion Laboratories, low cost structural systems, sustainable design, appropriate technology for third world countries, organizational transformation, technology strategy, and technology art.
Steve Takayama Co-Founder of NONOBJECT and Co-Founder of BrightObjects Steve Takayama is a Co-Founder of NONOBJECT Deign & Innovation Studio and leads BriteObjects' product development efforts. Formerly a senior Industrial Designer at IDEO, he has led the design of several successful products including the Cisco 7900 family of VoIP phones, Hoover Z-fold vacuum, Vocera Communications Badge, Advanced Bionics Auria, and many others. He holds 20 patents and has won numerous product awards including IDEA Gold, Silver, Red Dot, I.D. Magazine, and Neocon Silver. He earned a B.S. in Psychology from University of California at Berkeley, and a B.S. with honors in Industrial Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
James Auger Tutor in Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art James Auger is a tutor in the Design Interactions department at the Royal College of Art. He is a partner in the speculative design practice Auger-Loizeau, whose projects have been published and exhibited internationally, including MoMA in New York, 21_21 in Tokyo, The Science Museum in London and the Ars Electronica festival in Linz. Several of his works are in MoMA's permanent collection. He formerly worked as a Research Associate for Media Lab Europe (The European Partner of the MIT Media Lab), where the main focus of his research was a design-based investigation into technology-mediated human experience. He regularly presents at conferences internationally and is a regular member of the iF design award jury.
Nebojsa Rogic Digital Artist Nebojsa Rogic has worked as an independent digital creator for over 20 years, creating everything from animation for TV commercials to digital visual effects for movies. Much of his digital work has received international awards at numerous festivals and competitions, such as: MTV, Annesy, Imagina, Portoroz Golden Drum Award, Ottawa movie Festival and Special Jury Awards. He experiments with digital, traditional and stop-motion animation, puppets, hydraulics, mechanics, and unconventional materials. He is also developing proprietary digital technology, the next generation of modeling and particle systems, to improve and surpass current digital animation processes.
