What if we could really feel virtual textiles? This might sound like science fiction but is actually about the HAPTEX project. Professor Magnenat-Thalmann is leading a team at the University of Geneva to develop a tactile interface allowing the user to have the sensation of feeling the virtual textile.
According to the project timeline we should be able to have more exiting news next year. No success guarantee but imagine the potential regarding overseas product presentations or sensing different materials. You've got our support!
