We're bigond3o, obviously, but we didn't know that you could literally take a baseball bat to the stuff (with someone's leg behind it). If this doesn't interest the military, I don't know what will.
This is as revolutionary as Velcro. It's applications appear best suited for clothing and wearable accessories where it can absorb impact yet be malliable. How do it's characteristics change with temperature? Does it withstand sudden stretch as well as sudden impact? Due to its moldable nature, does it need to be "compartmentalized" or held within a chamber in clothing?
