I actually wouldn't mind having one of these as the front door lock in my house, so I wouldn't forget to bring that bill I'd been meaning to mail, a tool to bring to an outbuilding, my handy 1 kilogram weight, et cetera.
Sooo... I'm going to put my stuff on a shelf that people handle after they use the toilet, but before they wash their hands?
It's Japan, not Walmart. They actually clean things there.
