E-CITY is 8 months development project of, a small three-wheeled, urban electric car designed by industrial designer Radek Micka for BEKO Engineering, spol. s.r.o . (Czech Republic) It is a two-seat vehicle that represents modern design and practicality in one. The unique design of the three-wheeled vehicle has many advantages in crowded cities, the most important of which are affordability and its dual design, one of which is also for teenagers from 15 years of age. With the aging of the world's population, it is necessary to adapt to seniors and people with limited mobility, which can be easily suited, as the floor is low and level. In addition, the small size of the vehicle allows it to be parked perpendicular to other cars, saving space.

The batteries can provide a range is up to 220 km, but in reality, it can be assumed that it will reach 250 km in urban traffic, which is quite a lot. With a growing network of charging stations there should be no problem to be able to go for several days without charging. The battery is charged for up to 5 hours of use after just a few minutes. Along with the arrival of E-CITY, will be created a special distribution network, offering the possibility of replacing empty batteries with fully charged ones. Thanks to the E-CITY technical parameters, the passenger area can carry also up to 150 kg of cargo. This makes it an ideal vehicle for small business owners, couriers, car-sharing or fast food delivery.
We think that E-CITY seems like a perfect urban companion. Long battery life, assisted by a roof-mounted solar panel, premium range, eco-friendliness, high-security requirements, timeless design, easy parking, great road view… these are just a few of its advantages. It is an unconventional means of transport designed to assist in heavy traffic in large cities. We can say that it combines the best elements of a car and motorbike.
E-CITY is now only in the form of a model and study, but development on the project will continue. Video story: https://youtu.be/x3rQ6vMOijQ
