Leftovers don't end up liquifying in the fridge when Amy Young's Digestive Table is hard at work. The table integrates composting within its belly compartment filled with worms, sowbugs, bacteria, and shredded paper. When discarded food is added, the bugs and bacteria get to chompin' and creating compost that sprinkles out into a container at the bottom of the table. All the action can be seen on an LCD screen mounted into the tabletop...and not to worry--if you get queasy from the show, a little barf couldn't hurt the compost either.
