For most of us, having wet boots means you've got a little snow in them or accidentally stepped in a puddle, and product maker DryGuy's stuff will set you right; but for Navy SEALs, having wet boots means you just came ashore after being completely submerged, and you absolutely cannot have water in your boots making a squishy sound while you're trying to sneak up on the enemy.
A company called OTB produces a boot called the Abyss, "designed and engineered at the request of the U.S. Navy SEALs;" and we found the features designed to accommodate a Special Forces soldier pretty interesting.

One, the arches are recessed, making it easier to find your foot's center of gravity when scaling ladders; two, a pocket in the tongue provides a place to tuck the tied laces into, preventing snagging; three, the specially engineered rubber soles provide "superior silent traction on both wet and dry surfaces;" and four, for that pesky problem of water--the boots actually have holes in the insoles and bottom for drainage.

Check it out (you only need to watch the first 10 seconds to get the idea):
Obviously not for regular consumers. But you'd probably realize that soon as you saw OTB's website--whereas most outdoor manufacturers have banner photos at the top featuring friendly families, OTB's got this scary-ass graphic:

That guy ain't playing around. It looks like his OTB Abyss and someone's ass are about to have a little get-together.
