Aw, the poor designer - this looks like a library recover to me, complete with heat sensitive foil for the lines of lettering. I bet the original was gorgeous, and perfectly kerned.
It's perfect. I don't know what you're complaining about.
I think the messed up spacing and all was intentional. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's noticed the knack designers seem to have for irony.
