Clever, clever: San-Francisco-based photographer Joey Celis produced a custom sticker for his iPhone, skinning it to look like a Leica M9.

"Sorry but I won't be making these to sell," writes Celis, who makes a living as a stock photographer. "It's just a one-off for personal use." Celis my man, you are leaving money on the table! I hope I haven't inadvertently flooded your e-mail in-box by posting this.

If he doesn't produce them, someone else will. Not the *same* sticker of course, but a similar one. Oh well.
Enter GelaSkins.com... He wouldn't have to produce them, just make the source files available.
This is not a plug but more of a heads up. Uncommon (www.getuncommon.com) already has several classic cam skins for iPhones. They are out in the user submitted gallery. the art is printed on a wraparound hard case so you get protection and customized art. Not just a sticker.
Wouldn't there be legal issues with Leica?
Yeah he's leaving the money on the table he otherwise would pay his lawyer to represent him in a Leica copyright lawsuit.
Apparently the idea is old, some one did this already. The guy removed the leica logo and placed Apple..
However, that sticker looks a lot better..
