BMW Group's design team has developed a folding bike that fits in the trunk of a Mini, though you need not purchase a Mini to get one; starting in August you'll be able to order the bike separately from the online Mini Lifestyle website and from a handful of Mini dealers.

The MINI Folding Bike presents itself as a genuine high-tech vehicle: high-quality components, a light-weight aluminium frame and a clever folding mechanism make the trendy bike the ideal companion while travelling. The bike can be folded and unfolded in just a few seconds. The bike is folded along the crossbar and handlebars. In addition the saddle can be retracted and the pedals be folded up. This makes the bike extremely easy to handle whilst saving space. Fitted in a sleeve under the saddle is a practical transport bag.

One feature we love is the Teflon-coated chain that precludes the need for oiling, meaning you don't need to worry about getting black stuff all over you every time you fold/unfold the bike.

I'd think the boys at BMW would have better things to do anyway. The lubeless chain seems interesting though.
Seems like and old Graziella bike out of the 70's!
I would have expected something different from a brand like Mini.
