Der Spiegel, a respectable German news magazine, presents in its online English edition an erotic furniture gallery, or as they call it: "some recent attempts at making furniture to fan the flames of passion".

Of course, this feature reveals just as much about German sensitivities, as it does about furniture trends, although interestingly most of the work is by the Dutch designer Mario Philippona (in fact, a not so Dutch name).
