Although Honda has discontinued both their hybrid Accord and Insight models, they are expected to plug the hybrid gap with their Honda CR-Z, which will go on display October 27th at the Tokyo Motor Show. The ultra-sporty design breaks away from typically staid hybrid styling, recalling the quick little CRX's of yore. Great gallery of photos and renderings here.

Why can't Detroit make some Cool Car Like this? I mean, Make It Now, Not 20 years from now.
Nicezzzzz!
i see honda continues to make ugly vehicles. it looks like an upgraded civic hatchback. i cant wait to see how many ponies this "sports car" (or far from) will put out. Im guessing somewhere near 125hp. watch out!!
If they ever want the public to purchase energy efficient automobiles, they are going to have to make them look better than this. This is got to be the stupidest car I have ever seen. I expect to see a herd of clowns pile out of it every time I see it. I want a car that looks nice, like a 69 mustang or a 93 prelude, but with great millage, like 60-80 mpg. My prelude already gets 34 mpg and it's no hybrid. Looks a hell of a lot nicer though.
