Don't know what to design next? Idea Generator may help you out, but if you get "jewel encrusted torture restaurant" like we did, you should probably spin again.

There is a game a friend of mine has called "the Big idea" that works just like this. All the players get 6 cards with similar phrases as this thing has and then you have to pitch the product you create from them to the other players.
Score is kept by a system of investing coins in each other's ideas based on how cool they are... or how wittily pitched ;)
Great fun, and fantastic for getting the creativity going before a session.
