First came survey,
"Nissan conducted an Internet survey of 2,000 echo boomers, a majority of which said technology and gaming are among the most important attributes in their first car," said Bruce Campbell, vice president of design at Nissan Design America.
Then came car,
"In the boot is an Xbox 360. Park the car, disengage the controls and flip the Urge into game mode. A screen folds down from the rear-view mirror and the pedals and steering wheel then become game controls. Sounds from the game are played through the Urge's audio."

Gaming is an important attribute for a first car? I can't imagine how it's an attribute of any car? I guess it depends on how you ask the question?
Perhaps, or it's like what having audio in your car might have seemed like back in the day.
Nissan is way behind the gun on this... Scion already did this... they exhibited the Scion Speedster at SEMA this last year and it actually had THREE xbox 360's fully integrated into the cars electrical system... and the Speedster looked WAY cooler than this hunker... ewww.
