Here's a rather unusual device: The Philippe-Starck-designed D'E-light, an LED table lamp with an iDevice dock on top. Produced by lighting manufacturer Flos, the D'E-light is meant to breathe new life into the rather staid category of docking devices by giving it a dual purpose.

As most of us iUsers have both a dock and a table lamp on our desk, the D'E-light would theoretically help declutter the worksurface. Whether or not the object will take off remains to be seen, soon we imagine, as it will be available starting in December.
