What do you get when you cross these with these? These. And they're sweet and beautiful. But let's use our rechargables out there, please? [Contact the designer at richl[at]forpeople.co.uk]

These things are brilliant! How long will they last?

Jeison CardosoOctober 4, 2006 6:41 PM

Simple brilliant

AustinOctober 4, 2006 7:15 PM

heh cool

JohnathanOctober 5, 2006 7:17 AM

Man this is a great idea. All you really need is a financial backer. I'd buy one...

Louis RussellOctober 5, 2006 11:48 AM

What More Can I Say apart from those are ACE!
More Details Please!

Jackson PrittOctober 5, 2006 12:20 PM

Provided that there's an on/off switch of some sort, this idea is brilliant. Honestly, this is the first "electric candle" design I've seen that I would actually buy. Very elegant solution.

JoshOctober 5, 2006 12:48 PM

I would very much like to buy some of these kick ass little guys. What do I need to do?

Lee NesserOctober 5, 2006 1:21 PM

where can you buy these?

pmpOctober 5, 2006 6:47 PM

I will take 10

cindyOctober 5, 2006 8:15 PM

This is the BEST
"Form Follows Function"
I have seen just today. And Won't burn the house down.

PensadorOctober 5, 2006 10:30 PM

How much are these?

jamesOctober 6, 2006 2:58 PM

chinoOctober 7, 2006 9:28 AM

IkeOctober 7, 2006 3:27 PM

Man...these look awesome...where can you get them...how much will they cost?

John DingerOctober 8, 2006 12:17 AM

These would be perfect if they were LED bulbs. Low power consumption with infinite bulb life.

donrileyOctober 9, 2006 1:12 AM

i want some, where's the online store for these babies?

RoyOctober 9, 2006 9:20 PM

cool!!where can get this

jazzology101October 13, 2006 9:22 AM

One 30mw white LED (enough to see where your going in the dark) will stay lit for over a month on a 9v battery.

RakOctober 16, 2006 12:43 PM

These lights are really fanstatic idea. Colours of batteries makes it a bit unsuitable.
Great idea.

AndrewOctober 23, 2006 8:17 PM

How do you make these?? I tried to email the designer but no response!

budNovember 11, 2006 2:11 AM

can i make one? will you tell me how?

PongApril 2, 2007 3:21 AM

Where can I buy it? How much and How long can I use for one battery?

Alfred L. SchooleyApril 17, 2007 12:54 AM

Open letter to Richard Lawson:
subject: Your 9vo(1)tive
Sir: simple, so simple. I have to have this! You have an invention here, that should have been thought of years ago. Al Schooley

Bob YountApril 18, 2007 3:24 AM

These look great...now, where can they be purchased?

RickAugust 6, 2007 12:11 PM

I'd like to have a few on my sailboat. i would have to make a wider base and snap the battery into it (for stability). better than candles.

Art manOctober 26, 2007 11:06 AM

Very nice indeed. I wonder how long the batteries last though?

ZachAugust 27, 2008 8:37 AM

This is all cool...
But how does one get in touch with this Richard lawson to make orders...
