If you're a big LaForge fan then hey- by all means, enjoy your complete collecter's edition of Star Trek : Next Generation with some $500 iTheater portable video glasses when travelling on airlines such as United and American that still don't offer in-flight video entertainment on domestic flights. Bless your heart Jet Blue.

I would feel blind to the world around me with those on. I wouldn't by them. Besides, I love looking out the airplane window.
I've always wondered why video glasses weren't pitched as productivity enhancers. If I had a pair of these on a coast-to-coast flight, I could work on my laptop without having to crane down at a poorly positioned, relatively small screen.
Of course, you'd have to be a pretty good touch-typist.
