A Swedish outfit called TAT (The Astonishing Tribe) is a software technology and design company with "a passion for developing stunning visual experiences in the form of mobile user interfaces, combining the best of aesthetics with technology." In the following demo video, TAT shows us their awesome ideas for "The Future of Screen Technology," including what Gizmodo amusingly refers to as the "iPad Stretch:"

Great video, and very plausible, although how long do you have to brush your teeth for to make getting a super expensive mirror worthwhile?
Love the monitor as well!
wow, am I the only one that found that video a little creepy? All news, all the time... no time whatsoever to just sit and think anymore. If that's the future then I'm going to make a time machine and go back to the days before google ruled every second of every part of my day...
count me out!
The interface is very Zune HD like. It's great.
Who gets to clean the mirror every day?
Touchscreens sure look sexy but grease, grime, and goop are a fact of everyday life.
And I agree with Kevin that there ought to be a few moments in the day when we are free from external visual input. Other than those few nits, the future looks totally fab!
I don't know what TAT were thinking, that video was absolutely ridiculous- Sweden will never win the world cup.
Lol I chucked when I saw 'Sweden Wins the World Cup!' as well. I liked the part where the devices are aware of other devices spatially though, when it came to sharing content.
Cool, but there were many two handed and multi-finger apps. What about those of us who do not have two hands or maybe all our fingers?
