Recession or no, I still see plenty of cranes in Manhattan putting up new buildings. Thing is, I've still never seen them actually put the cranes up; one day they're just there, and some days they mysteriously get taller.

Have you any information on Pedestrian Operated Tower Cranes (http://www.mantiscranes.co.uk/pedestrian-operated-tower-cranes/) or Self Erecting Tower Cranes? I'm seeing lots more of these appearing in Ireland since the recession came to an end.
