The winning Transportation & Mobility Professional entry is Strollee Kids, a modular and versatile stroller system taking one stroller from bassinet to one-seat, two-seat, urban (4 wheels), jogger (3 wheels) and even a wagon when the kids outgrow the stroller. The winning Student entry in Transportation & Mobility went to David Bertl and Nicolo Vincenzi from Umea Institute of Design for Njord – Bridging the Gap to Autonomous Logistics. NJORD is a sensor vision module that enables freight companies to upgrade old cargo trailers that are already part of logistics fleets.
The jury team for the 2025 Core77 Design Awards Transportation & Mobility category was led by Jens Martin Skibsted, Global Partner at Manyone. Joining Skipsted on the jury were Juergen Mayer, Founding Partner at J. MAYER H. and Partners, Architects, and Sidhartha Lal, CEO and Managing Director at Royal Enfield/ Eicher Motors Ltd.
