If you're one of those people that struggle to keep their eye's open at the office after a big lunch, this is not the task chair for you. The Workbay by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec is intended to block out peripheral noise (both visual & acoustic) in the workplace to help you concentrate.
After sitting in the Windowseat Lounge from Mike and Maaike at the ICFF a few years back, I can attest to the dramatic sound reduction this style of chair offers but who wouldn't want an internal speaker option along the lines of the Sonic Chair (cheaper of course).

The Workbay expands the line of Worknest chairs the Bouroullec Brothers designed for Vitra in 2006.

just don't lean back!
It is a rare occasion when I am completely reduced to giggling just by looking at a chair.
Just imagine someone sitting in that. Now, try to imagine yourself taking them seriously.
hu? did Jaime Hayon freelance for the Bouroullec?!
